Return Policy
At Custom Planet, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, personalized products tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items with customer-specified images or customizations unless there is a printing mistake on our part. For pre-printed items, exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are returned in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Items that are physically damaged or used are not eligible for return or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns or exchanges. Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind for personalized and printed items.
